At the current time, we are identifying the group by William Munday. With a believed link back to 2x Great Grandfather Thomas Munday who was born in Bristol, England, sailed for Virginia in 1662 and died 1702 in Essex County, Virginia. There is ongoing work to clarify this by Steve Harlan through a UK researcher Aston Rowant.The lineage from the immigrant Thomas to William is: William, son of Edmund, son of John Thomas, son of John, son of Thomas.
But Rick and Steve list their EKA as Samuel Munday, d1795. Rick's lineage includes him but Steve's does not.
