JAMES CITY (COUNTY) - Emily Oliver Hoar, 77, of Toano, a lifelong James City County resident, died Monday, June 15.
Mrs. Hoar was a self-employed dollmaker for Colonial Williamsburg. She was a member of Mount Vernon United Methodist Church in Toano and a former member of the Toano Woman's Club.
Survived by a daughter, Diane H. Crawford of Big Timber, Mont.; two sons, Arthur N. Hoar of Toano and John O. Hoar of James City County; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Visitation from 7 to 9 tonight at Bucktrout Funeral Home, Williamsburg. Graveside service at 11 a.m. Thursday at James City Chapel Cemetery, Toano, by the Rev. Rudolph Benesh.
