Hoar, 69, of 113 Croyden Lane, DeWitt died. March 12 at his home. A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday in Rockefeller United Methodist Church. Burial will be in Morningside- Oakwood Cemetery. Mr. Hoar was a retired vice president of Onondaga Savings Bank. He was a former financial secretary, Sunday School teacher and member of the official board of the Rockefeller United Methodist Church. Surviving are his wife, Helen; a daughter, Margaret H. Brewster, a brother, Walter A. of Florida; two grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Contributions may be made to Rockefeller United Methodist Church, Nottingham Rd., DeWitt.
