Sandra Lylia (Hoar) Claflin, 64, of Pinehurst Avenue, died Friday, Dec. 10, at Waterbury Hospital. Mrs. Claflin was born Nov. 7, 1940, in East Machias, Maine, daughter of the late Lewis and Sara (Nelson) Hoar. She lived in Maine, until moving to Waterbury 30 years ago. She leaves three daughters, Kerin Arsenault of Wolcott, Gina Rinaldi of Harlan, Iowa, and Cassandra Mansolf of Waterbury; a brother, Harold Jones of Virginia; a sister, Brenda Mikelskas of Wolcott, and eight grandchildren.
