Fall Ends Fatally.
Batavla.? Needham Adolphus Gardner died at his home on the Creek road as a result of a fall from the second to the first floor of his house when he mistook the head of the stairway. Mr. Gardner was 87 years old and one of Genesee county's most successful agriculturists. He was the son of Adolphus and Mehitable Moulton Gardner, who came from Brimfield, Mass., in 1808. His grandfather was Major Josiah Gardner, who was on General Washington's staff and a pensioner of the Revolutionary War.
