Mrs. Sadie Hoar Dies Saturday. Brief services will be held at the Stone Funeral Home Thursday at 2 p.m. for Mrs. Sadie M. Hoar, 73, who died Saturday at the home of her son, Chester V. Hoar at Royal Oak. She was born July 9, 1882 at Thamesville, Ontario, and was married to Thomas J. Hoar Sept. 6, 1899. They made their home on a farm near Levering. She was a member of the Methodist church there and was active. Mr. Hoar died in 1952 and since then she has made her home with her three sons. Surviving are sons , Harry L., Forrest Hills, N.Y., Donovan L., of Detroit and Chester V. of Royal Oak; five grandchildren; a sister and four brothers. Services will be held at the Kinsey Funeral Home in Royal Oak Wednesday at 4 p.m. and the body will arrive here Thursday morning. Rev. Lockyear of Levering will be in charge of services and burial will be in Carp Lake cemetery.
