  [[Obituary John L. Hoar, age 42, of East Hamtramck Street, Mount Vernon, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday July 20, 2005 in the emergency room at Knox Community Hospital. He was born on September 26, 1962 in Mount Vernon, Ohio to John R. and Jean (Taylor) Hoar. He was a member of the Local #17 Iron Workers Union and was also a member of the Eagles of Medina, Ohio. Besides his parents he is survived by his loving wife of 20 years Janet Hoar, a son, John Hoar of the home, three daughters, Jennifer Carmany of Taylorsville, Kentucky, Jessie Hoar of Mount Vernon, Josie Hoar of the home, a granddaughter Makyia Hoar, two sisters, Joanne (Jan) Foster and Jamie Hoar both of Medina. Friends may call on Monday from 6 to 8 PM at the Flowers-Snyder Funeral Home where a funeral service will follow at 8 PM. The family will observe a private burial at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to family for the continued education of the children and can be left at the funeral home.
