  [[ bituary: Patriot-News, The (Harrisburg, PA) - July 5, 1992 Deceased Name: Shirley H. Whitney Shirley H. Whitney, 74, of 4504 Lakeside Dr., Susquehanna Twp. died yesterday in Harrisburg Hospital. She was a member of the Pine Street Presbyterian Church; the Country Club of Harrisburg; and the K-9 Obedience Training Club of Essex County, New Jersey. Surviving are her husband, Robert U. Whitney Jr.; two sons, Robert U. III of Providence, N.J. and William H. of Jupiter, Florida; a brother, William L. Horr of Moorestown, N.J.; a sister, Suzanne H. Mindnich of Middletown, N.J.; and four grandchildren. Service will be held at the convenience of the family. There will be no viewing or visitation. Arrangements are being handled by the Cremation Society of Pennsylvania. Contributions may be sent to the American Lung Association, 4807 Jonestown Rd., Harrisburg 17109.
