06/10/2006 Eva M. Wilbur Eva M. Wilbur, 95, of Spencer Memorial Home and formerly of Lakewood Drive, Moncton, passed away at her residence on Thursday, June 8, 2006. Born in Moncton, she was the daughter of the late David and Rebecca (Groves) Hoar. Eva was a former employee of CN Telegraph and a member of the Moncton Salvation Army Community Church. Eva will be sadly missed by her children, Faye Watson (late Craig), Kingston, ON, Linda Dufty (Mel), Brisbane, Australia; David (Betty Lou) and James (Doris) both of Moncton; grandchildren, Laura Lynn, Kerry Lee, Christopher, Jennifer, Browen; six great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Predeceased by her husband, Roy L. Wilbur (1998); granddaughter, Heather (2003); sisters, Edith and Ethel; brothers, Roy, Bill, and James. At Eva's request there will not be any visitation or Funeral Service. Private family service to be held with Captain David McNeilly officiating. Interment in Elmwood Cemetery. In Eva's memory, for those who wish, remembrances made to The Salvation Army or memorial of choice would be appreciated by the family.
