Deceased Name: ROBERT M. HUNTER
Robert M. Hunter, 73, of 231 Genesee Garden Apartments,Auburn,died Tuesday at Auburn Memorial Hospital.
He was born in Auburn. He retired in 1971 after 33 years as a boilermaker at Alco Products in Auburn. He was a Navy and Air Force veteran. He was a life member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1975, and a member of Sampson World War II Navy Veterans, Swietoniowski-Kopeczek Post 1324 and the Falcon Sportsman Club.
Survivors: His wife, the former Dorthea Dunn; a daughter, Kathleen Goodall of Virginia Beach, Va.; three sons, Richard Horr of Weedsport and Robert and David Hunter, both of Auburn; his mother, Ethel Azzarelli of Auburn; two sisters, Violet Oliphant of Lima and Sharlene Cady of Henrietta; two grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren.
Services: 11 a.m. Friday at White Chapel Funeral Home. Calling hours, 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home, 197 South St., Auburn.
