She was predeceased by her husband, Lawrence K Ramsey and a step son Lawrence K, Ramsey Jr. Buried with her husband Lawrence Ramsey Sr. The headstone is not marked with her name and information. Passed eleven years to the day after her husband. A memorial service will be held on Sunday Oct, 28 at 1 PM at the home of Mr and Mrs Burchard Cook, 226 Mason Road, Farmington Falls. BRIGHAM Annie H. Brigham, 95, of South Waterboro Road died Friday at a Portland nursing home after a long illness. She was born on Long Island, a daughter of Levi C. and Annie (Blake) Horr, and attended island schools. In her youth, Mrs. Brigham worked at a candy factory on Pearl Street in Portland, at Twitchell and Chapman's on Commercial Street, and as a waitress at the Kennebunkport Inn and Mac's Diner in Portland. According to her family, Mrs. Brigham often mentioned how she enjoyed ice skating on Long Island in her youth and spending time with her sister, Phyllis E. Mechlosky, roller-skating and dancing. Prior to living with her niece, Dolores L. Davis of Lyman, she resided for over 20 years on Pembroke Street in Portland. Surviving are a son, Donald W. Brigham of Woburn, Mass.; her sister of Falmouth; a stepson, Harold Brigham of Windham; two stepdaughters, Valeria De-Maranville of Massachusetts and Katherine Campbell of Falmouth; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visiting hours will be from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Monday at Hay and Peabody Funeral Home, 749 Congress St., Portland, where a funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday. CUMMINGS Raymond E. Cummings, 87, of Nash Road died Wednesday at a Portland hospital. Born at Albany, a son of Stephen E. and Mabel Baker Cummings, he attended Kennebunk and Portland schools. Mr. Cummings worked in the grocery business for First National Stores in Portland. He also worked for the former White Brothers stores in Cape Elizabeth and for A & P in Portland. Mr. Cummings owned and operated Ray's Cash Market on Sherman Street in Portland. He also worked for the John J. Nissen Baking Co. and delivered in the Brunswick area. Later he worked for S.D. Warren Co. for 26 years, retiring in 1973. He moved here in 1948 from Westbrook, where he had owned and operated Ray's Bike Shop before moving it to Windham. Mr. Cummings was a member and past chancellor commander of Piscatiqua Lodge, Knights of Pythias; former member of the Triangle Club and was instrumental in its development; member of Windham Drifters Snowmobile Club; the Maine Snowmobiler's Association; Pine Crafters; Good Sam Club; and an honorary member of the Lake Region Good Sam Club. He enjoyed fishing, boating, camping, motorcycling, snowmobiling and visiting coffee shops. His CB handle was ''Putt Putt.'' Surviving him are his wife, Ethel L. Horr Cummings of Windham; two daughters, Nellie R. Knight of Windham and Elizabeth R. Cummings of Gray; two grandchildren, Jennifer R. and Caleb E. Cummings, both of Gray.
