David covers Axminster in his page on Dorset. See the Hoare Genealogy 06: Dorset page. On that Dorset page, in the section entitled 1. Introduction, he states:
This in addition to having the links in the original website open in the HTML browser as a new page instead of causing an HTML page to be downloaded.
{SUP()2{SUP} We point out that the first file mentioned 'Genealogy Axminster' is not hyperlinked. The file is on the google site; the text is just not linked to the file. The Dorset 06 file needs to be edited to add the link needed for that text: (now, after relocation) https://h600.org/HoareOrigins/documents/Genealogy Axminster.htm. For completeness, we also point out that the last note below the Table 1 at the top is missing the hyperlink to the 'Genealogy Axminster 2' file. This should be updated to add the link to make it consistent with everywhere else.
Instead of links to his GoogleAPIs files though (which cause an HTML file to be downloaded which you then have to open locally in your browser), we have re-hosted the Google-stored HTML files here so you can simply click and open the file directly in the browser. use back in your browser and so forth. We may work with David's family to simply fix the site to be usable this way. But until then ....
Additionally, instead of cluttering the index with all the other "downloaded" link files to map images and similar, we simply locally host those image files, edited the HTML links of pages to reference them directly. That way, you can still click on them and they will open in your browser. You can use back and even right-click to open them in a new tab.

GEDCom Files
One of David's last actions was to upload 33 GEDCom files onto his site and reference them from the renamed Research, Information and GEDCom page. Each file is stored on a documents store he maintains (as are most of the webpages). Each of the 33 files is a unique name and file location on the site. But, here is the issue. There are actually only 3 files in those 33. Most are simply copies of another file. We simply "concatenated" the three unique file contents and created a single entry on our GEDCom hosting portion of this site. HTML Family Branch FIles
David went to some work to split his Axminster lineage printouts (into HTML files) as he felt it was too large to be a single file. Axminster 2 and Axminster 3 start later in the file, as he planned But none of the files stop where the following one starts. So Axminster 1 is really the whole Axminster file. Axminster 2 is about the last 1/3 of the file. And Axminster 3 is the last 1/6.David covers Axminster in his page on Dorset. See the Hoare Genealogy 06: Dorset page. On that Dorset page, in the section entitled 1. Introduction, he states:
- As the Axminster genealogy is exceptionally large, it has been printed in three sections. The first ‘Genealogy Axminster_’2 originates with Thomas Hore (b.c.1482, of Axminster), the second ‘Genealogy Axminster2’ starts with Abraham Hore (b.1650 in Musbury) and the third ‘Genealogy Axminster3__’ with Abraham’s elder brother Daniel Hore (b.1635 in Musbury).
