Most in the H600 Project are R1b with some R1b-U152. We encourage all members to participate in their appropriate Yahoo discussion group that is centered around Next Generation Sequence (NGS) testing (like FamilyTreeDNA BigY) and the effort to further grow the ISOGG tree with branching based on the latest knowledge. All the R1b-P312 and lower groups are greatly aided / supported by the work of Alex Williamson at ytree.net. This group serves as a submission point for data (NGS Test Results) to his effort.
For completeness, here are the R1b YahooGroup lists. Many have corresponding FamilyTreeDNA Project groups as well.
yTree already has a different structure below P312 than shown in the ISOGG tree used to identify the groups here.

1The main R1b group is masquerading as R1b in general but really the M269 group? Note sure. Check for yourself.
For those not up on the latest nomenclature, instead of using an old fashioned branch lettering to name groups (like R1b1a1a2a1a2b), it is more common to list a major branch (like R1b) and then the key branch SNP (like U152). If an asterisk added, is only for those terminating there (not further, lower sub-branches). This allows some groups and branches to stay the same as they get moved around in the actual tree. FamilyTreeDNA, ytree, and yfull have already moved to this new nomenclature (for the most part). ISOGG is the last hold out to do so.
