MyHeritage is an Israel-based genealogy up-and-coming company that competes directly with Ancestry in all aspects: online tree capture, search engine into proprietary and public databases, and even DNA testing now. Much newer to the market, they have a newer, fresher interface but much smaller database of records to search. They partnered with 23andMe for DNA testing originally but, as of Fall 2016, expanded to offer their own product.
