On May 20, 2003 at age 91 in Rochester, NY, formerly of Seat Pleasant and Forestville, MD. Predeceased by her husband, Boyd P. Hoar and her son-in-law, The Reverend Garry Carpenter. She is survived by her son, Marion E. (Nancy) Hoar of Haydenville, MA; daughter, Judith Carpenter of Pittsford, NY; grandchildren, Sacherverell (Bill) Seney, Leslie (Bill) Lashway, Andrew (Sharon) Orr, Alex Hoar, Deborah (Kenneth) VanRiper, Sarah Carpenter, Rachel Carpenter; and eight great-grandchildren. Services will be held 10 a.m., Saturday, June 7 at St. Matthew's Addison Chapel, 5610 Addison Rd., Seat Pleasant, MD 20743. Interment Cedar Hill Cemetery.
