  [[ Obituary: Virginian Pilot Sep 28, 2000 Marian D. Hoar, 71, of the 2300 block of Court Circle, died Sept. 26, 2000, in a local hospital. Born in Waterbury, Conn., she earned her master's in sociology and was a member of St. Johns Catholic Church. Survivors include two daughters, Richelle Jones of Greenwich, Conn., and Julia L. Ingellis of Virginia Beach; four sons, Christopher T. Hoar of Glendale, Wis., W. Kevin Hoar of North Canton, Conn., Dr. Peter F. Horton of Temecula, Calif., and Shawn H. Hoar of Farmington, Conn.; a brother, Ernest Duhaine of Charleston, R.I.; 13 grandchildren, Kelly, Kristin, Gretchen, Megan, Jeremy, Jenna, Angelina, Christina, Lindsay, Shawna, Briana, Claudia and Bartek; and three great-grandchildren, David, Madisyn and Shannon. She was predeceased by her mother, Julia Duhaine; her father, Ernest L. Duhaine; her two sisters, Julia Truskoski and Joan McMahon; and her two brothers, Dr. Harvey Duhaine and Richard Duhaine. The family will be at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel, from 6 to 8 p.m. today. The remains will be sent to O'Brien Funeral Home in Bristol, Conn., for services on Monday. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Lung Association.
