  [[ Obituary: Union-News (Springfield, MA) - October 14, 1996 Deceased Name: Rita M. Denver Rita M. (LaFleur) Denver, 67, formerly of 85 William St., died Friday in Mercy Hospital. She was an 18-year secretary at the Otis Elevator Co. and retired in 1994. Born in Springfield, she lived there most of her life and was a communicant of St. Catherine of Siena Church. She leaves three sons, Mark P. and Russell F. of Springfield and Jay H. of East Longmeadow; three daughters, Julie M. Markiewicz of Ludlow, Ann L. Madden of Troy, Mich., and Lisa J. Denver of Hampden; her mother, Mary R. (Hoar) LaFleur of Springfield; two sisters, Claire J. Nunez of Sebring, Fla., and Lois A. LaFleur of Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford; and 10 grandchildren. The funeral will be Wednesday morning at Hafey Springfield Chapels and in the church, with burial in St. Michael's Cemetery. Calling hours are Tuesday afternoon and evening.
