      Deceased Name: Rita M. Denver
      Rita M. (LaFleur) Denver, 67, formerly of 85 William St., died Friday in Mercy Hospital. She was an 18-year secretary at the Otis Elevator Co. and retired in 1994. Born in Springfield, she lived there most of her life and was a communicant of St. Catherine of Siena Church. She leaves three sons, Mark P. and Russell F. of Springfield and Jay H. of East Longmeadow; three daughters, Julie M. Markiewicz of Ludlow, Ann L. Madden of Troy, Mich., and Lisa J. Denver of Hampden; her mother, Mary R. (Hoar) LaFleur of Springfield; two sisters, Claire J. Nunez of Sebring, Fla., and Lois A. LaFleur of Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford; and 10 grandchildren. The funeral will be Wednesday morning at Hafey Springfield Chapels and in the church, with burial in St. Michael's Cemetery. Calling hours are Tuesday afternoon and evening. Memorial contributions may be made to the Elks Lodge 61 Scholarship Fund, 440 Tiffany St., Springfield, 01108, or the Children's Study Home, 44 Sherman St., Springfield, 01109.
