      Obituary:
      NEEDHAM, Mass. --- Gregory H. Fortune, 68, of 45 Needhamdale Road, president and founder of the Fortune Finishing Co. of Needham, died Wednesday at Newton- Wellesley Hospital. He was the husband of Joy (Anderson) Fortune.
      Born in Medford, a son of the late William J. and Helen (Hoar) Fortune, he lived in Needham for 12 years and had lived previously in Wellesley. He had a summer home in Falmouth.
      He was an authority on mass metal finishing. He was a member of the Master Metal Finishing Associates and a member and past president of the Mass Finishers Job Shop Association.
      He was a Navy veteran of World War II and the Korean War.
      He was a member of the Model T Club of Central Massachusetts.
      Besides his wife he leaves three daughters, Susan F. Proctor of South Natick, Marcy Fortune Troia of Warren, and Sarah F. Johnson of Hamilton, Mass.; three sisters, Helen R. Madden of Pocasset, Catherine A. Buckley of Wellesley and Elizabeth F. Trainor of Oxford, Mass.; and six grandchildren.
      A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday at 11 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Church, Wellesley Hills. Burial will be in the Massachusetts National Cemetery, Bourne.
