Deceased Name: HOAR
WESTFIELD Ralph Brawn Hoar III Nov. 30, 1955 - Oct. 15, 2012 Mr. Ralph Brawn Hoar III, 56, passed away unexpectedly Monday, October 15, 2012 at his home. He was born in Onslow Co. on November 30, 1955, the son of the late Ralph B. Hoar Jr. and Eleanor Duplease' Hoar. Mr. Hoar was a journeyman meat cutter by trade and was a loving father and grandfather. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers, Michael and Randy, and a nephew, Randy Jr. He is survived by two daughters, Crystal Bierer (Jonathan) of Alabama and Carrie Tipps (Seth) of Tennessee; a son, Ralph B. Hoar IV (Karen) of King; 11 grandchildren, Nick, Brittany, Silas, Levi, Naomi, Caleb, Micah, Elijah, Zoe, Kara and Legend; two brothers, Wendall James Hoar and Mitchell Thomas Hoar. A memorial service celebrating Ralph's life will beconducted 7:00 p.m. Thursday, October 18, 2012 at Hayworth-Miller Chapel in Rural Hall with Rev. Leroy Kelly officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at thefuneral home.

Mildred M. Guess
Mildred Marie '"'Mickey'"' Honeycutt Williams Guess, 60, of Winchester, Tenn., died Friday, August 25, 2000, as the result of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Ms. Guess was a native of Montgomery County, Md., and a longtime resident of Grundy County, and more recently Franklin County, Tenn. She was the daughter of Nola Mae Hill Honeycutt Sullivan and Willard Honeycutt.
Ms. Guess attended Abundant Life Church in Winchester.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Gladys and Virginia, and two brothers, Ronnie and Carl Honeycutt.
Survivors include her children, Vickey J. Slajchert and Renee E. Money, both of Winchester, Tenn., April D. Cordova, Monteagle, Tenn., Bonnie S. Rocha, Manchester, Tenn., and Dewey E. Williams Jr., Montgomery County, Md.; grandchildren, Richard, Jason and Jenna Slajchert, Ralph B. Hoar III, Crystal L. Beirer and Carrie N. Williams, Casey C. Cordova, Bryan C. Foutch, Derek Wiley, Thomas (Axl) Merriman, Danielle and Cheyenne Rocha; and great-grandchildren, Nicholas and Brittany Hoar and Whittley Slajchert.
A memorial service was held at Abundant Life Church in Manchester on August 27.
