Deceased Name: OBITUARY Kelly Kirby, at 44, Westford resident, an HR director
Kelly Kirby of Westford, director of human resources for a Boston law firm, died Sunday. She was 44.
She was born and raised in Voorheesville, N.Y.
She graduated from Voorheesville High School and Bryant College.
For many years, Mrs. Kirby was the director of human resources for Palmer & Dodge, a Boston law firm. In 2007, she had accepted a similar position with Loring, Wolcott & Coolidge in Boston.
She is survived by her husband, Robert; a stepson, Ryan; her parents, James and Kathleen Hogan of Voorheesville; a brother, Christopher Hogan; a sister, Kerry Hogan; a grandmother, Dolores Hoar; three nephews and two nieces.
Funeral services will be private.

ALBANY -- Gerald Angus Myers passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family Tuesday, October 8, 2002. Born in West Albany, December 16, 1928, he was a graduate of Christian Brothers Academy, class of 1946. He served in the United States Army during the German Occupation and later in Korea. He was president and owner of Jerry Myers Realty for 15 years and retired in 1992 from the New York State Department of Transportation. He was a life long communicant of St. Francis De Sales Church, where he served as an altar boy and was a member of the Colonie Elks and VFW Post 1520. He spent the last ten winters in Bradenton, Fla. and thoroughly enjoyed his family, many friends and a good round of golf. He was predeceased by his parents, George and Alice Cleary Myers; he was the beloved husband of 52 years of Mary Fleig Myers; loving father of Michael and Diane Myers of Colonie, Geralyn and Scot Vinovich of Concord, N.H., Patricia and Arthur Thomas of Concord, N.H., Susan and George Hinckley of Latham, Thomas and Suzanne Myers of Colonie and Kathleen and Mark Marshall of Latham; loving grandfather of Ryan, Sean and Kate Myers, Patrick and Shea Brophy, Niki and Cassandra Thomas, Brian Hinckley and fiancee Brandi Van Horn and Kara Rings, Brigid Myers, Korey, Katelyn, Kelsey and Christopher Marshall; other close family members are cousin, Dolores 'Sis' Hoar and James and Kathy Hogan and family; and in-laws, Henry Fleig and Ann and Al Fleig Cruden. Funeral services Friday at 10 a.m. from the McVeigh Funeral Home, 208 North Allen St., Albany thence to St. Francis De Sales Church, Exchange Street, West Albany at 10:30 a.m. where a Mass of Christian Death and Burial will be celebrated. Relatives and friends are invited and may call Thursday, 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow the Mass in Our Lady of Angels Cemetery.
