A native of Ashland, Pa, Mrs. Dyer had lived in the area since 1946. She was a graduate of St. Luke's Hospital Nursing School in New York City, and she worked for many years at St Joseph's Hospital and Upstate Medical Center. She is survived by her husband, Dr. R. Stuart Dyer; three sons, Robert S., James A. and Russell M. Dyer; a brother, Theodore Dexter; two sisters, Mrs. Dorothy Krause and Mrs. Sophia Horr; - and four grandchildren. Services were private, with burial in White Chapel Memory Gardens, DeWitt. Contributions may be made to St. David's Episcopal Church. Fairchild and Meech DeWitt Chapel had charge of arrangements.
