Commodore (4) Beard married Mahala Horr in Morrow County, Ohio. He died in South Bloomfield Township, of said county. She then moved to Centerville, Delaware County, Ohio, where she married Mr. Mann, and died at the same place. She had by her first husband the following children: Sophrona ( 5) who married a Mr. Peters, and moved to the State of Michigan, Lucy, who married Mr. Smothers, Elizabeth Madaline, who married Mr. Dority and Alvira, who married a Mr. Smothers. The two Mr. Smothers reside near Centerville, Delaware County, Ohio.
