Charles Wesley Moore 1916 ~ 2009 Charles Wesley Moore passed away peacefully on Jan. 9, 2009. Born in Web City, Missouri to Wesley Campbell Moore and Nina Elizabeth Neff December 1916. Married Peggy Jean Lassen in August 1942. Together they had four children; Peggy Jean Moore (Rod), Mildred (Milly) Ann Hoar (Brent), Charles Wesley Jr. (Eliana), and Reese Andrew (deceased). He had 11 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. He loved all of them very much. Most of dad's younger years were spent in Missouri, Kansas and Oklahoma. He served in the U.S. Army from 1939 - 1945. Retired to San Diego, CA. in 1973 after working for Tooele Army Depot for 26 years. He spent most of his retirement years enjoying his hobbies, friends and visiting his sister and brothers. Private services will be held at a later date where his remains will be buried at Camp Williams. Our Sincere thanks and appreciation to LOVE Hospice.

Deceased Name: Peggy Jean Lassen Peterson 1926 ~ 2003
Our beloved mother, grandmother and sister Peggy Jean Lassen Peterson, age 77, passed away on July 12, 2003.
She was born April 29, 1926 in Panguitch, UT. to Lydia and Niels Lassen. Mom married Charles W. Moore on Aug. 1, 1942 (later divorced).
She married Alfred O. Peterson on December 3, 1972 (deceased).
She is survived by four children. Peggy Jean Moore (Rod), Las Vegas; Mildred (Milly) Hoar (Brent), Sandy, UT; Charles W. Moore Jr. (Alianna), Littleton, CO; Reese Andrew Moore, Salt Lake; her two sisters Charlotte Bradshaw (Bill) Ogden, UT; and Lydia Anderson of Bakersfield, CA. She had 10 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
Mother had a variety of jobs during her lifetime and she enjoyed doing them all. She loved to watch and play with her cats, sew, read and play bingo with the girls. She truly loved her family and was always concerned and cared for them deeply. Mother will be missed dearly. She will always be loved and remain in our thoughts forever. We love you Mom - Rest in Peace. Our many thanks to Heritage Bennion Care Center for taking care of Mom the last five years.
It was Mother's wish to be cremated. Family and friends will gather at the home of Milly Hoar (8356 So. Wayside Dr. (1170 E.) from 11 - 2 pm on Saturday, July 19, 2003. (Enter at 8505 S. 1300 E.).
