Handley, Jr. Mother of Jane Carrigg and her husband Robert Carrigg of North Hampton, NH and Julie Handley and her husband Charles Hoar of Brighton, six grandchildren; sister-in-law of Arline Plunkett of North Tewksbury. Friends may call at the O'Donnell Funeral Home, 276 Pawtucket St., LOWELL from 9 to 10:30 A.M. Tuesday. Her Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary Church in Chelmsford on Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock. Burial in St. Mary Cemetery in North Tewksbury.
