      Deceased Name: Rose Hoar, Girl Scouter
      Rose deLima (St. Germain) Hoar, 83, formerly of 3 Hillside Ave., Turners Falls, a retired employee of Millers Falls Tool Co., died Thursday in a local nursing home.
      She retired in 1972.
      She was a lifelong resident of Turners Falls, and attended St. Mary's Schools. She was active in Franklin County Girl Scouting for many years, and was a counselor at Camp Stonehenge.
      She was a communicant of St. Mary's Church.
      Her husband, Robert N. Hoar, died in 1949.
      She leaves a daughter, Sandra Kelley of Greenfield; three brothers, Edmund and Joseph of Turners Falls, and Henry of Colrain; three sisters, Beatrice Lukow of Turners Falls, Valeda Proulx of Greenfield, and Rita Roberts of Hatfield, and three grandchildren.
      The funeral will be Monday morning at McCarthy Funeral Home of Turners Falls, and St. Mary's Church, with burial in St. Anne's Cemetery. Calling hours will be Sunday evening.
      Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Disease and Related Disorders Association's Western Massachusetts Chapter, 240 Main St., Northampton, 01060.
