"By virtue of the authority given me by the Probate Court for the County of Hampshire I will sell at public auction in East Pelham on the 27th day of March next [1877] at 10 o'clock am, certain tracts of land belonging to the late Harrison Z. Horr, deceased. A certain tract of land consisting of pine and meadowland called the Hamilton lot; also another lot of 9 acres sprout and timberland called the Purgy lot; and one other lot of mowing and pasture, called the Stratton lot.
