HORR.? Died at Pilot Knob, Wis., Nov. 1, 1890, of dropsy,
Warren Horr, aged 83 years and 3 months. For several years
he has been a member of tae Seventh-day Adventist church at
Plainfield. During the last few weeks of his illness, he stayed
with his daughter, Mrs. Hiram Brigham, and while there we
had strong evidence that the Spirit of the Lord was with him ;
and it was often remarked by those who attended him, that they
never saw any one, under such circumstances, as patient as he.
He died in full hope of having a part in the first resurrection.
Funeral discourse by Elder V. H. Helms (Methodist), from
Rev. 2 : 17 : "To him that overeometh will I give to eat of the
hidden manna." WELL BRIGHAM
