Sequencing.com had traditionally been known as an analysis site. Where you could upload microarray and sequencing result files to view, analyze and get reports (apps, as they call them). They expended their product offering by including licensed sequencing products from partners. Their offering, as of Summer 2020, is a microarray test from LivingDNA and a 30x WGS test from Nebula Genomics. As they provide Bioinformatic tool services, they naturally use their own tools to process the RAW sequencer (FASTA) files.
