  [[ Obituary: Observer-Reporter (Washington, PA) - July 26, 2008 California man worked for W&J College Paul L. Connor Sr., 61, of California, died Monday, July 21, 2008, in Kane Regional Center, McKeesport. He was born August 7, 1946, in Amity, a son of the late Clarence and Frances LeMunyon Connor. Mr. Connor worked for Washington & Jefferson College. His wife, Willetta McKown Connor, survives. Also surviving are a daughter, Wendy (Gregory) Horr of Mt. Orb, Ohio; sons Brian K. (Lori Ann) McKown of Versailles, Paul (Billie) Connor of Bloomsburg and Charles Connor of Bloomsburg, currently serving in Afghanistan; sisters Martha Palmer of Fort Myers, Fla., and Sue (late husband Walter) Cunningham of St. Clairsville, Ohio; a brother, Jim (Lynda) Connor of Charleroi; and 11 grandchildren. Friends are welcome from 4 to 5 p.m., the time of a memorial service, Saturday, July 26, in the chapel of Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township. Burial will be private.
