HUBBARD, farmer, (post-office, Watts's Flats), was born in Harmony December 16th, 1838, and married Eliza Hobart September 26th, 1867. He served as corporal in the 9th New York cavalry two years beginning in 1861, taking part in the battles of Winchester, Cedar Creek, Fisher Hills and other engagements. His father, William Hubbard, was born in Otsego county and came to Harmony with his parents about 1830.
