  [[ Obituary Published Tuesday, January 20, 2009 The Oregonian Steven J. Naylor died Aug. 13, 2008, of a heart attack at age 57. Steven J. Naylor was born Oct. 25, 1950, in Portland. He graduated from Madison High School and Oregon State University and worked in the human resources department of Portland Community College.
