Hoar, who had charge of the installation of the light plant here, and who has since been the manager, has gone to Hills, Minn., as superintendent of the light plant there. M.D. Hoar and T.W. Smith, who have been working at the plant here, will also go to Hills. Albert Tradup has been hired to take charge of the local plant.
