HI! I am Samuel Plummer Horr's gggrand daughter. I live in SD. My grandmother was SPH grand daughter. I have some knowledge of the man; he did die in Mayes; I have his obiturary and death record. His 3rd wife was Phoebe Jones Jones. He divorced his first two wives. Can I help you or visa versa. I would DO ANYTHING for a picture of him. Do you know where I would start looking?
