Born Nov. 14, 1919, in Clarksburg, she was the daughter of the late A. Brook and Rose Teets Watkins. She was the wife of Jack Horr, who died in 2004. She and her husband owned and operated a dry-cleaning business in Clarksburg. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Clarksburg. She enjoyed her pets and piecing quilts. Surviving are son Steve Horr and wife Kaye, of New Windsor; a grandson, Brian S. Horr, of Elkridge; a sister-in-law, Betty Helmick, of Charleston, W.Va.; a niece; and three nephews. She was predeceased by a son, William B. Horr, who died in 1989. The family will receive friends from 7 p.m. until the time of memorial service, 8 p.m. Friday in the Fellowship Hall of Union Bridge Church of the Brethren, 124 S. Main St., Union Bridge. The family will also receive friends from noon until the time of interment, 12:30 p.m. Saturday at Sunset Memorial Park in Clarksburg.
