  Obituary: THE PROVIDENCE JOURNAL Published Wednesday May 18, 1994 FORDYCE R. LOZIER, 92, of Pleasant View Avenue, a tax consultant for the Rhode Island Hospital Trust National Bank for 15 years before retiring in 1962, died Friday at St. Joseph Hospital, North Providence. He was the husband of the late Mary (Horr) Lozier. Born in Hackensack, N.J., a son of the late Remson and Annetta (Paulison) Lozier, he lived in Johnston before moving to Smithfield five years ago. Mr. Lozier was previously assistant comptroller for the Brown & Sharpe Mfg. Co. for 15 years. He was a past secretary of the Town of Johnston Board of Personnel. He was a member of Temple Lodge 18 F & AM. He leaves a sister, Irma H. Slocum of St. Petersburg, Fla. A graveside service will be held tomorrow at 2:15 p.m. at Highland Memorial Park, Johnston.
