Arnold Hoar, 51. died at the
Middletown Hospital August 11,
after a long illness. He was born
in Ellenville, a son of James H.
and Ida Bell Bradford Hoar, he
served With Battery 1), 9th Regt.,
in World War I. Surviving are his
mother, three sisters, Mrs. George
Garland of Englewood, N. J., Mrs.
John Keester of Paterson. N. J.,
Mrs. Robert Michel of Ellenville;
four brothers, Judson of Kingston;
Harrison, Wilson and Royal of Ellenville.
