    • Her mother's obituary:
      Pedroli, Ann (Motta), 90, of Medfield where she has been a resident since 1971, died peacefully on Wednesday afternoon, May 10th, 2006, at the Ellis Rehabilitation Center in Norwood surrounded by her loving family.

      Born March 15, 1916 in Dorchester, she was the daughter of the late Enrico and Caroline (Bregani) Motta. She was educated at Roxbury Memorial High School graduating with the class of 1933.

      A devoted wife, mother and grandmother, Mrs. Pedroli was formerly of Hyde Park, and was well known for her own special pizza recipe. She was an avid sports fan especially enjoying the Boston Red Sox and the New England Patriots, and also loved knitting and cooking.

      Wife of the late Charles E. Pedroli, she leaves 3 children, Marjorie A. Meehan and her husband William of E. Walpole, Janice J. Hoar and her husband Charles of Foxborough, and Virginia M. Downing and her husband James of Norwood, a sister in law Margaret Pedroli of Walpole, a brother in law Walter Pedroli and his wife Fran of Lexington, 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces. She was predeceased by a sister Noreen Pedroli and a brother Louis Motta.

      A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday, May 15th at 10:00am at St. Edward the Confessor Church, 133 Spring Street, Rt. 27, Medfield. Burial will follow at Vine Lake Cemetery, Medfield.

      Visiting hours will be Sunday, May 14th from 4:00 to 8:00pm at the Roberts-Mitchell Funeral Home, 15 Miller Street, Medfield.
