[[ Obituary: Services for Lloyd E Canaday, 62, 307 E Adams Street will be held Saturday at 2:30 p m at the Burch Funeral Home in Birmingham. The Rev David Kennedy will officiate with interment in the Maple Hill Cemetery. Military rites will be by the Birmingham American Legion Post 181. Canaday died Thursday morning at Jefferson Co Hospital after a lengthy illness. The son of Elmer and Edna Jackson Canaday, he was born Nov 23 1915 at Birmingham He married Sarah Bunker on June 21 1939 at Fairfield CA. Also surviving are a son Allan Canaday CA his mother Edna Canaday Birmingham four brothers Earl, Birmingham Dean Fairfield Robert, DeWitt John, Boulder CO one sister Karen Snyder, Fairfield. He was preceded in death by his father one brother and one sister.
