    Obituary:
    HOAR, LESTER GEORGE - The death of Mr. Lester George Hoar, of Sand Cove Road, Saint John West, occurred at his residence on Sunday February 24, 2002. Born in Moncton, he was the son of the late Francis and Ethel (Baird) Hoar. Mr. Hoar was a lawyer and received his law degree from Harvard in 1947. He was active in many charities including Church of St. John St. Stephen, VON, New Brunswick Museum and was a member of Saint John Historical Society and St. Andrew's Society. He is survived by thirteen cousins, close friends Brenda Adams and Jack Skerry, both of Saint John, and many more close friends. Resting at Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road, Saint John (646-2424), with visitation on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 PM. The funeral service will be held from Fundy Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday February 27, 2002 at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Fernhill Cemetery. Donations made to Parkinson's Foundation, New Brunswick Museum, VON, or Church of St. John St. Stephen would be appreciated.
