Obituary:
Winifred Norma (Horr) McGarry, 82, passed away November 8, 2012 at Kent Hospital. She was the beloved wife of the late Edward F. McGarry.
A daughter of the late Gifford and Lucy (O'Dowd) Horr. Mrs. McGarry was associated with her husband in the family business McGarry's Restaurant in downtown Providence and also was employed for Apex.
She is survived by three children, Edward F. McGarry, Sharon Lee Sinnott and Stephen J. McGarry; three sisters, Lucille St. Martin, Olive Bentley and Rita Frigon; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was the sister of the late William and Ronald Horr, Gladys Fanning and Patricia Hicks.
Her funeral will be held Tuesday, November 13, at 9 a.m. from the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave. with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Kevin Church, Sandy Lane at 10 a.m. Burial will be in St. Ann's Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours Monday 4-7 p.m.

Sunnyside Dr, died Friday, June 25, 2010 at Kent Hospital.

He was a son of the late Gifford and Lucy V. (O'Dowd) Horr. Brother of Lucille St. Martin, Olive Bentley, Rita Frigon, Winifred McGarry, and the late William Horr, Gladys Fanning and Patricia Hicks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.

His funeral service will be held Tuesday at 10 AM in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave. Burial with military honors will be in the RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter. Visiting hours Monday 4-7 PM.

PATRICIA L. HICKS, 61, of Willow Street, died Thursday at Roger Williams Medical Center.
Born in Cranston, a daughter of the late Gifford F. and Lucy V. (O'Dowd) Horr, she had lived in Providence most of her life. She was a homemaker. She leaves two daughters, Linda J. Neves of Warwick and Lori A. Costa of Cranston; five sisters, Lucille M. St. Martin, Elizabeth Frigon, Norma W. McGarry and Gladys B. Fanning, all of Warwick, and Olive F. Bentley of Cranston; a brother, Arnold G. Horr of Warwick; and three grandchildren. She was the mother of the late Donna M. Hicks, and sister of the late William F. Horr.
The funeral will be held Monday at 9 a.m. from Frank P. Trainor & Sons Funeral Home, 982 Warwick Ave., Warwick, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 in St. Timothy Church, Warwick Avenue, Warwick. Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence.
