RICHARD HORR Mr. Richard Dennis Horr, 45, of 414 Carmel Circle, died Tuesday, May 7, 1996, at Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center. A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Friday at the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Chapel. Burial will be in Scottsville, N.Y. Mr. Horr, a native of Rochester, N.Y., was a Marine veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a former caddie at the Augusta National Golf Club. Survivors include his father, Irwin F. Horr Sr., West Henrietta, N.Y.; a brother, Irwin F. ''Skip'' Horr Jr., Scottsville; and a sister, Merlene Eschleman, Rochester. Platt's Funeral Home, North Belair Road, is in charge of arrangements.
