  [[ Obituary: Houston Chronicle (TX) - January 1, 2003 Deceased Name: Anne Martin TX United States ANNE MARTIN, 51, loving daughter, sister and devoted aunt passed away on December 30, 2002. She was born to Frank J. and Marguerite Hoar Martin on August 6, 1951 in Fall River, Mass. She grew up in Huntington Woods, Mi., graduated from St. Mary's High School in Royal Oak, Mi. and continued her education at Oakland Community College earning an Associate Degree. She has lived in Houston, TX. for the last 23 years. She previously worked in the insurance business, working the last 11 years for the Sheriff's Dept. as a clerk in the Booking Dept. Anne was preceded in death by her mother, Marguerite Martin. She is survived by her father, Frank J. Martin; her sisters, Connie Carter (Dennis), Marie Gordon, Louise Baker (Jim), Ellen Pope (Tony); her brothers, Paul Martin (her twin), James Martin (Marla), Matthew Martin (Jennifer) and 14 Nieces and Nephews. She was a "2nd Mom" to her niece Amber (19) and nephew Brett (17) Martin. She will be greatly missed. Her visitation will be from 6pm to 9pm with a vigil service at 7:00 pm at Brookside Funeral Home Cypress Creek, 9149 Highway 6 North, Houston, TX. Funeral services will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church, 6646 Addicks Satsuma Rd., at 10:30 am with an hour of visitation prior to the service. Interment will follow at Memorial Oaks Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society-Houston Office, 6301 Richmond, Houston, TX 77057.
