      Deceased Name: HAZEL E. HAGER REGISTERED NURSE, SUPERVISOR
      Hazel E. Hager, 91, of 527 Hamlin St., widow of Harry C. Hager, died Friday afternoon at Samaritan Keep Nursing Home, where she had been a resident for more than three years.
      Mrs. Hager was an evening nursing supervisor at the House of the Good Samaritan for more than 30 years.
      She was a member of the House of the Good Samaritan Alumni Association, the Samaritan Loyals and Emmanuel Congregational Church.
      Born Dec. 9, 1911, in the town of Antwerp, daughter of Merlin and Carrie Lamb Howard, she graduated from Gouverneur High School and from the House of the Good Samaritan School of Nursing in 1934.
      She married Erwin A. Horr on Oct. 9, 1938, at Holy Family Church rectory with the Rev. Harold J. Skelly, assistant pastor, officiating. The marriage ended in divorce.
      She married Harry C. Hager on June 18, 1950, in the parsonage of the First Baptist Church, Sayre, Pa., with the Rev. John E. Whitney, pastor, officiating. Mr. Hager, former Watertown postmaster, died on Dec. 23, 1993.
      Surviving are a daughter, Patricia Pearce, Rochester; a son, Michael Hager, Watertown; two granddaughters, five great-grandchildren and three nieces.
      Ten brothers and sisters died before her.
      A spring graveside service will be held in North Watertown Cemetery.
      There are no calling hours. Arrangements are with Reed & Benoit Funeral Home.
