  [[ Obituary: Hawk Eye, The (Burlington, IA) - June 6, 2004 Deceased Name: Betty Muilenberg 6/5/04 Born Oct. 28, 1936, in Waterloo, she was the daughter of George and Grace Horr Busby. In 1959, she married Don. T. Muilenberg in Waterloo. She was employed by Hospice Care Inc. in New Hartford. For many years, she worked for Hess's department store. She graduated from West High in Waterloo and received a bachelor of science degree in nursing from the University of Iowa. She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in Utica. She was an avid reader, pet lover and Avon sales representative. Survivors include her daughter, Ann M. Vannoy of Richmond, Va.; one son, Todd Muilenberg of Scottsdale, Ariz.; four grandchildren; one sister, Barb Bohlen of Burlington; two nieces and one nephew. She was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday at the Friedel, Williams, Coriale and Edmunds Funeral Home, 13 Oxford Road, New Hartford. A memorial service will be at 3:30 p.m. Monday at the First Presbyterian Church, 1605 Genesee Street, Utica. A memorial has been established for Hospice & Pallative Care Inc., 4277 Middle Settlement Road, New Hartford, N.Y. 13413.
