      Obituary:
      Helen K. Orr, 87, of 105 Edna Road died Tuesday at her home after a long illness. A native of Buffalo, Mrs. Orr resided most of her" life in Syracuse. She was a teacher with Tiny Tots Nursery School in Syracuse and previously taught with the Rochester City School District. Mrs. Orr was a communicant of St. James Church, where she was a Eucharistic minister and a member of the church's Altar and Rosary Society and Requiem Choir. Surviving are a son, Robert of Syracuse; a daughter, Mary Cummings of Spencerport; a brother, Edward Kroth of Buffalo; three grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Friday at Ballweg & Lunsford Funeral Home and noon in St. James Church. Burial will be in Onondaga Valley Cemetery. Calling hours will be 6 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home 4612S.SalinaSt.

      She is survived by her h u s b a n d , Theodore Thomas Sr., a son,
      Theodore Thomas Jr., of North Tonawanda; and a daughter Mrs. Waller
      (Edith) Talun of the Town of Wheatfield; four grandchildren; a brother,
      Edward Kroth of Buffalo; four sisters, Mrs. Agnes Ignatz of Tupper Lake,
      N Y . , Mrs. Richard (Helen) Orr of Syracuse, Mrs. Ann Cronberg and
      Mrs. Irene Kory, both of Buffalo.
      The family will receive friends at the Fretthold Funeral Home, Inc., 1241
      Oliver St., at Ward Rd., North Tonawanda from 7 to 9 this evening and 2 to 4
      and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday!
      Prayers will be said at the funeral home Thursday at 1 p.m. Interment
      in St. Mary's Cemetery, Lancaster, N.Y.

      Oneida? William Ed Kroth, 59, of 33 Prospect St., a retired salesman for the Atlantic
      Refining Co., died Thursday in City Hospital.
      He was born In Cheektowaga, and was a resident of Oneida for the past 32 years.
      He had been a route salesman for the refining firm for 25
      years. He retired this month. He also operated a greenhouse.
      Mr. Kroth w s one of the first superintendents of the Prospect Street Water
      District, and was a member of St Patrick's Church.
      He leaves his wife, the former Alice Riesner, f our daughters, Mrs. Mary Petersen
      and Mrs. Alice Garber, both of Tonawanda; Mrs. Noelle Lazarony, Buffalo;
      and Mrs. Marlea Stagnitti, Canastota; three sons, William E. Jr. and John J., both of
      Oneida, and James A., Liverpool; two brothers, Joseph and Edward, both of Buffalo; six sisters, Mrs. Fred Smith,
      Mrs. Anthony Cranberg, Mrs. Barney Korey and Mrs Laurence Ignatz, all of Buffalo; Mrs. Theodore Thomas, North
      Tonawanda; and Mrs. Richard Hoar, Philadelphia.
      The funeral will be at 9 Monday from the Fiore Funeral Home and 9:30 from S t Patrick's Church, where the
      Rev. Robert Jones, assistant . pastor of S t Paul's Church in 'Oswego, a relative, will officiate.
      Burial will be in the church cemetery.
      Calling hours at the funeral home will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 today and tomorrow.
