Clarence was born Nov. 1873 in DeWitt Co., IL and died March 4, 1951 in Jasper Co., MO where his son Delwyn B. "Jack" Lowry lived. His first wife was Wallace Crabtree who died sometime after the 1910 census but before 1920.
