      WEYMOUTH - Evelyn B. (Hoar) Day, 93, of South Weymouth, a linotype operator, died Saturday at Emerald Court in Norwood.
      Mrs. Day worked at the Boston News Bureau for many years.
      She was a member of the Sons of Union Veterans James Russell Lowell Camp.
      Born and raised in Jamaica Plain, she was educated at St. Thomas Aquinas School and graduated from Girls High School in Boston in 1926. She lived in South Weymouth for many years.
