      Published in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution on February 15, 2012
      BOGER, Jeanne Jeanne Marie Hoar Wilson Boger, 73, of Atlanta, died February 13, 2012, from complications of Multiple Myeloma, Lung Cancer and COPD. Born in Boston and a graduate of the Boston College School of Nursing in 1961, Mrs. Boger practiced nursing in Boston early in her career and in Atlanta as a psychiatric nurse and later in private practice for Dr. Paul Cronce. She had resided in Atlanta since 1966 and was a member of the Garden Club of Decatur and the women's Auxiliary of Emory University. Known for her generous and caring nature, love of life and brilliant mind, she will be missed by those whose lives she touched through the years. Mrs. Boger was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Robert Boger, M. D. and her daughters, Kathleen Anne Wilson and Mary Jeanne Wilson. She is survived by her brother, Dr. John B. Hoar of Boston MA and her step-daughters, Mary Boger Mali of New York and Virginia Boger Cook of Newnan. A graveside service will be held 5 pm, Thursday, February 16th at Fairview Memorial Park, Albemarle NC, where she will be placed to rest beside her husband. In lieu of flowers, please send remembrances to the Multiple Myeloma Foundation in her memory. The family will receive friends 7-8 Wednesday evening at A.S. Turner & Sons Funeral Home and Crematory.
