      STENSTADVOLD, Carol M.-- Died February 1, 2002 at the age of 82 years. Born in Oakes, ND on January 4, 1920. She is survived by her loving husband Norris of 61 years; loving sons, Jerry Stenstadvold and his wife Phyllis of St. Paul, MN, daughter Jane Engles and her husband Jerry of Los Gatos, devoted grandsons Noel Stenstadvold of Duluth, NM and Brian and Mark Engles of Los Gatos, CA; cherished sister of Mel Shoar and his wife Avy and Dr. Tom Shoar and his wife Bente and sisters Shirley Larsen and herhusband Fred and Betty Lou Bresley and her husband Milo. Numerous nieces and nephews survive Carol. Her parents, Mel and Mabel Shoar and her brother Bud Hoar and his wife Gwen preceded her in death. She touched the lives of those she met. She will be missed greatly. Carol was a member of Eastern Star and PEO Sisterhood. She retired from the Rim of the World School District in Lake Arrowhead, CA.
      A private memorial service will be held. The family respectfully request donations be made in her name to Lincoln Glen Nursing Facility, 2671 Plummer Ave., San Jose, CA 95125. Arrangements are under the direction of DARLING-FISCHER MORTUARIES, CHAPEL OF THE HILLS, Los Gatos, CA.
