      Mrs. Patrick Hoar
      Mrs. Mary Hoar of 14 Cornell Avenue, a resident of Yonkers for 50 years, died Saturday morning at her home after a long illness. She was sixty seven.
      Born in County Waterford, Ireland, May 20, 1871, a daughter of the late Patrick and Bridget Morrissey Boyle, she settled in Yonkers 50 years ago.
      She was married to Patrick Hoar Sept. 14, 1898 at St. Joseph's Church by the late Rev. Henry F. Xavier.
      Surviving besides her husband are four sons, James, Joseph, Thomas and Francis, and two daughters, Miss Helen Hoar and Mrs. John H. Brady, all of Yonkers; a brother Maurice of Ireland; two sisters, Mrs. John Fitzgerald of this city and Miss Nora Boyle of Ireland, and seven grandchildren.
      The funeral will be held tomorrow from the Home at 9:30 A.M. A solemn high mass of requiem will be celebrated at 10 A. M. at St. Denis Church and burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery.

      Yonkers Herald, October 30, 1922.
      James Boyle of 45 Mulford Street, who for a number of years was employed as a laborer in the Department of Public Works, died this morning at the Municipal Hospital, where he had been a patient only a short time.
      He was the husband of the late Bridget Welch Boyle, who died here about 17 years ago. Mr. Boyle was born in Ireland and had lived in this city about 30 years. He was 49 years of age, and a devoted member of St. Joseph's Church.
      He is survived by three sons, Patrick, Thomas and James Boyle; two daughters, the Misses Mary and Katherine Boyle of this city; a brother, Morris Boyle of Ireland and three sisters, Mrs. Patrick Hoar and Mrs. John Fitzgerald, of Yonkers, and Miss Nora Boyle, of Ireland.
